How long does shipping take for my Owala order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy for water bottles?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been used or washed.

Are Owala bottles dishwasher safe?

While most of our lids are top-rack dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing the color-finished stainless steel bottle bodies to preserve their finish and vacuum seal integrity.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, dents from drops, or improper cleaning.

Are your products BPA-free?

Absolutely. All Owala bottles, lids, and straws are 100% BPA-free and made from high-quality materials to ensure your water stays fresh and safe.

Can I use hot liquids in my FreeSip bottle?

No, the FreeSip bottle is designed for cold liquids only. Using hot liquids can create pressure buildup and may cause accidental burns when opening the lid.
